CNC Machining Capabilities:
Our CNC Machining capabilities are ideally suited for short/minumum runs from 50 to 500 pieces. We can machine from .031 diameter up to .750 round, to a max length of 5in long. Our machines consist of the following:

Hanwah SL12 7 Axis
Tsugami BE20V 9 Axis

Special Machining Capabilities:
Surface finishes can be held down to 8 micro. Any materials can be machined on our CNC's providing its commercially available. Our special machining capabilities consists of the following:

Cross Milling
End Milling
Drilling
Reaming
Tapping

Cold Heading:
This is commonly suited for 10k - 100k pieces & up. We machine from 3/32 diameter up to 9/16 diameter. The length ranges from 1/4" up to 5 Inches long.

AOT-4B (2 machines) - 3/32 up to 3/16 diameter & 1/4" to 1 Inch in length

AOT-10B (1 machine) - 3/16 up to 3/8 diameter & 1/2" up to 3 Inches long

Waterbury #3 Progressive Header - 1/4 diameter to 9/15 diameter & 1^3/4"to 5 Inches long

Hardford 10-400 Theard Roller - 1/4-20 Threads up to 5/8-11 Screw Threads & Up to 4 Inches long
